1. What problems were you experiencing before you came to me?

Before I started this program I was absolutely a yo-yoer with both diet and exercise. I found it hard to stay motivated and if I went to the gym (which was rare) I would feel self conscious that what I was doing looked wrong or didn’t feel right. I had lost a little bit of weight over the summer holidays but my belly was still hanging around and when I saw it in pictures I instantly felt terrible about myself. I was a size 14 – this is the biggest I have ever been in my life.
With my wedding only 8 months away, I decided I couldn’t do this alone so I’m so happy I found Natalie and her program ❤

2. What results have you experienced so far?

If someone said this to me I 100% wouldn’t believe them, BUT, in only 2 months of working out (only 2 days a week) and eating well(ish) I am fitting back into size 10-12 jeans that I haven’t worn in 2+ years! That’s not to say I don’t have a bit of a muffin top showing but honestly that one small change has made me feel so good about myself already. I’m starting to build a little definition in my arms, my butt is looking nicer and I’m pretty sure I’ve lost one of my chins! I have 6 months until my wedding and I’m confident that I’m going to look amazing thanks to Bride to be body

3. What would you say to anyone considering bride to be body and would you recommend?

Do it! Seriously, you’re only getting married once so why not look your absolute best? It’s costs less than seeing a PT at the gym twice a week and the weekly phone calls keep you accountable to the amount of times you’ve committed to the gym without being all up in your face about it. The programs aren’t one size fit all, Natalie will make sure it caters to your needs and if something isn’t working she’ll change it up. If there are things you don’t like/feel comfortable doing at the gym they can be avoided too! For example, I have DD’s and shin splints so any running or jumping I do is the WORST – so my program has neither of these things The support you receive is so wonderful as well, every time my phone rings I can’t wait to tell Natalie about all my accomplishments that week but she also gives me a safe space to rant about the wedding planning as well!
The stress of planing a wedding is bad enough without having someone there to help you get through the personal, self love stuff as well – if you’re even slightly considering this program request a callback and talk it out – it might be the best thing you ever do for yourself!
