Hi, My name is Natalie Gabb, and I’m the founder of Bride to be Body

For years I trained women the traditional way. I watched as they’d come close to realizing their dreams, only to disappear from the gym a few months after they started. Their reasons varied, yet almost always had to do with staying motivated. I knew there had to be better way to empower women to put themselves first and prioritize health and fitness.

After years of trial and error, I found the answer. I realized most programs only address one or two parts of achieving weight loss goals. My solution, Bride to be body, provides all three pieces required to get fit fast and continue to see results for life. To date, my system has helped so many women stick to a fitness routine and permanently master healthy eating habits.
